Everything is provided, however due to Hygiene reasons, we do not provide the pillows. All sheets and blankets are washed after every party, and all breakfast trays and props are cleaned thoroughly between every use.

Book your party through our party booking system below. You will be able to pay a 50% deposit, which will secure your date. The final party balance is due the week of your party. You also can come back at any time and add on additional items such as personalised items, or extra tents at a later stage if needed.

What is included in the price?
We take care of all the work! We will deliver, setup & style your party, then return the following day to disassemble/pick up the equipment. We generally allow 1.5 hours for party setups and an hour for pick up. All laundering and cleaning of product is included in the package price.

When should I request a booking for my Sleepover Squad party?
We highly recommend as soon as you know the date of your party to book right away to secure your preferred theme and date. We do suggest at least one month in advance, but will do our best if your event is sooner. We require a $75 security deposit at time of booking, which will be returned 24-48 hours after time of pick up if all equipment is returned in the same good condition. The final payment will be due one week prior to the party and you may add additional tents after the final count, if available. We accept Direct Deposit or cash.
How do I book my party?
Please contact us and we’ll discuss your requirements with you. Then, we will contact you to confirm your date and invoice for security deposit.
When is set up and pick up?
We will agree upon a perfect drop off & collection time, and will assure you it will be completed at least 1 hour prior to the party starting. The pickup will be completed the following morning. Sleepover Squad Slumber Tents will handle the assembling/disassembling of items.
How much space will i need?
We require the space to be cleared before we arrive. Sleepover Squad Slumber Tents does not move any furniture or belongings. If we arrive and space is not cleared we will not set up and the party is subject to cancellation. We recommend a reasonable amount of space to ensure a comfortable experience for you and your guest (One tent with air mattress measures approximately 4 feet W x 9 feet L (including all decor). If you are unsure if you have enough room, don’t hesitate to give us a call and we can work to figure out the best space for your party.
